💡 – This modified starch production line is for modified starch machine. Corn Starch Potato Starch Tapioca Starch all can be as the raw materials.

❓ – 2. You write that potato starch is used as a raw material. We don’t have potato starch. We want to produce potato starch from fresh potatoes.
💡 – The raw material needs to use potato starch, we can add a machine to this line for you to convert fresh potatoes into potato starch . Potato starch can be made from fresh potatoes using a machine.
❓ – 3. Do you have any customers of modified starch production line?
💡 – We have supplied different extruder to India, UAE and Saudi and Vietnam for modified starch. in India, there are three modified starch factory adopt our twin screw extruder and two factory adopt single screw extruder. In UAE and Saudi, Vietnam, all they adopt twin screw extruder. In India, Shree Gluco Biotech Pvt. Ltd., Gumpro PVT. Ltd. and EICL Limited Yamuna Nagar adopt twin screw extruder. Oren Hydrocarbons Pvt.Ltd adopt single screw extruder.
❓ – 4. Could you change your offered dryer with electric and gas heating sources. Both together in dryer as dual heating source. In this case, if, electric or gas source is not available, we can use another source?
💡 – We just checked with our technician that there is no way to use simultaneously the two heating modes on this dryer In general , we can also do this for you if you need it, but then this dryer needs two completely independent systems to control, one is gas, the other is electricity, the two heating way cannot be used at the same time, and then the price also needs to change.
❓ – 5. Could you please explain how the Modified Starch can be produced in your process line with different concentrations (for example 4.0-12.0 kg/m³)?
💡 – Normally for common oil drilling modified starch, corn starch and water. but for HV starch, our client add some addtitives, we working in their plant for 28 day， so we can see how extruder working and how they producing. we guide them to make the record.
❓ – 6. Is it necessary to purchase pre-conditioner?
💡 – For pre conditioner, one of our client try this and find out that it improves quality of his modified starch and then he use this pre conditioner. that is why we recommend this to you. this is optional equipment. if you don’t want to use this one. it doesn’t matter. we can move it from our offer.
