TVP means textured vegetable protein, Textured vegetable protein(TSP), is a product made by low temperature defatted soybean, peanut meal, wheat gluten, isolated soya.etc.
However, texturized protein also can be named by its shapes, such as tvp granules, tvp chunks, tvp bari and tvp chunks.
