The SP series is SunPring's classic twin-screw extruder — the machine most feed plants start with. Proven mechanics, easy operation and low running cost, from 100 kg/h start-up to a 5-ton/hour production line. It runs both floating and sinking pellets; you only change the die, screw configuration and formula.

Equipment Featuresat
Pre-conditioner
Stainless steel and mild steel construction. The conditioner is consisting of a two layer conditioner cylinder and a feeder.
Bypass between conditioner to extruder
Use a card hoop connection to facilitate disassembly and pneumatic valve control. You can quickly switch the logistics direction and observe the window independently to facilitate observation.
Barrel and Screws
High quality - Screw material: 38CrMoAL (nitrided); Hardness: HRC55-60;More wear-resistant: More wear resistant bimetal barrel.
Steam Generator
The barrel and modulator are heated by steam, with low operating cost and more energy saving. The steam generator is controlled by PLC, easy to install and easy to operate.
